If something doesn’t feel right, you are free to return your order — without pressure, and with care.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To do so, please contact us at hi@gamanliving.com and include your order number and a brief message.

Conditions for return

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns must be sent within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to an error on our side or a faulty item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it calmly and promptly, with either a replacement or a refund.

How to initiate a return

Email hi@gamanliving.com with the subject line Return + Order Number.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
Send the item securely, in its original packaging, to the address provided.
