This deliberate pace allows us to work without excess, reduce overproduction, and keep our footprint small and considered. Made to order is not a delay. It is a choice.

Processing time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
During launches or limited releases, preparation may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience. It is part of how we work.

Logistics and partners

We work with trusted logistics partners who operate at high standards of care and traceability.
All shipments leave from within the EU to limit travel distance and maintain consistent quality control.

Netherlands and Belgium
Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Europe
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Worldwide
Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
